What paper do you print on?

200gsm uncoated matte paper, FSC-certified or equivalent. Smooth and non-reflective, so there's very little glare. Like any print, keep it out of direct sun to keep the colours bright.

 

What sizes can I get?

Four: A4 (21 × 29.7 cm), A3, A2 and A1. All sized to standard frames.

 

Do prints come framed?

No — they ship unframed and rolled in a rigid tube, so you can pick a frame that suits your wall.

 

How long does it take?

Your print is made after you order it. Australian orders usually arrive within 4–5 business days. Everywhere else takes a little longer; checkout shows the estimate for your address.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We print at local facilities across several regions, so your print travels the shortest distance we can manage.

 

What if something's wrong?

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or the wrong one, or never turns up, email noctura.gallery@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it free or refund you in full, your call. Nothing to send back.
