What paper do you print on?

200gsm uncoated heavyweight matte, FSC-certified. Smooth and non-reflective, so there's no glare. Printed with fade-resistant archival pigment ink that holds its colour for decades.

What sizes can I get?

Four: 21 × 29.7 cm (8×12″), A3, A2 and A1. All sized to standard frames.

Do prints come framed?

No — they ship unframed and rolled in a rigid tube, so you can pick a frame that suits your wall.

How long does it take?

Your print is made the day you order it. Production takes 2–4 business days, then shipping. Australian orders usually land within 3–7 days in total.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We print at local facilities across several regions, so your print travels the shortest distance we can manage.

What if something's wrong?

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, email noctura.gallery@outlook.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll reprint it free.
